I draw on my years spent in professional kitchens and studies in holistic health, working with women and families in the lead up to birth and postpartum. Supporting the transition into Motherhood, using the best quality whole foods, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurvedic principles.

I offer different levels of support, from cooking nutritionally complete nourishing foods, designed specifically to support pregnancy and postpartum recovery, to food education.
