About me

I’ve cooked in professional kitchens across London and Cornwall for the last five years, including 40 Maltby Street, Brawn, July, Fitzroy, and North Street Kitchen. I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland.

Alongside my culinary work, I am a certified Holistic Health Coach graduating from the Academy of Healing Nutrition this year.

I’ve always had a deep interest in nutrition and nourishment—beginning in my childhood, shaped by my upbringing and education in the Waldorf School System and alternative home environment. Now, I'm bring together my culinary training and holistic health knowledge to coach and cook nutritious meals for women and families during pregnancy and postpartum.

Using whole foods and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, my work is focused on nourishing the body and supporting its own restorative and regenerative powers. I believe there is a real need for community and gentle support during the fourth trimester, and want to work to empower women to feel good during this hugely transformational time.
